I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a licensed and practicing attorney in Oregon. I’m a graduate of Reed College, Northeastern University School of Law, and Tufts University School of Medicine, where I obtained a Masters of Public Health.
My legal practice focuses on serving seniors and their loved ones. If you are planning ahead for the future, I offer estate planning that considers potential future long-term care needs and Medicaid planning. If you or a loved one has experienced a sudden life change, I can guide you through the Medicaid qualification and application process. I also prepare petitions for guardianship and conservatorship, and can guide you through the process of serving as guardian or conservator, or support you in identifying a professional fiduciary.
I have lived experience caring for my mother in the final years of her life, and am passionate about ensuring that elders remain in their communities on their own terms in their later years, whenever possible. I know how challenging it is for to navigate medical decision-making, long-term care planning, and estate planning, especially following a medical event, and I strive to support my clients every step of the way.
I look forward to supporting your family with compassionate legal services that give you peace of mind.
Ashley Krollenbrock, Attorney-at-Law

I believe that everyone deserves access to quality legal services to protect their families and plan for the future. To that end, I have a fair and transparent fee structure that I strive to keep accessible.
I support families through second-parent adoptions, sperm and egg donor agreements, surrogacy agreements, and counsel families on the use of known donors.
I work with young families with children to develop estate plans. I make the process simple to ensure my clients have peace of mind.
I am passionate about helping elders maintain quality of life on their own terms in their retirement years. I counsel elders and their families in estate and long-term care planning, alternatives to guardianship, and guardianship petitions.
